Cancellations
Orders for the Limited Edition: Collapsible Crate can be canceled anytime before production has started. After production has started, (The 1st of the month) we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I really like the product, but the instructions need to be better. I didn’t receive any physical instruction on how to put the crate together with the package, and the video on the Impact website and the Impact YouTube were not the same model of collapseable crate as the one i order. There was an extra bar (im assuming for the back of the crate - from what i got on the youtube comments) that was not shown in either of these demonstrations. Really like the product overall so far and plan to but more, just maybe up the instructions. Thank you!

I purchased the 34” crate last month, because of the quality and the 30% off sale. I just ordered the 30” crate to bring to dog events. Due to impact not having a cart in stock I ordered one from K9 Kennel Boss and it fits perfectly on the 34”. I haven’t received the 30” as I just ordered it 2 days ago.

I was a little inpatient waiting for this crate because shipment was back logged for a couple of weeks as i was excited but I received the crate within three days of it leaving the warehouse once it was backnin stock which was amazing!
I struggled a bit setting it up but I have a bit of mobility issues. What an upgrade from a his wire crate, I love it and so does my dog! Its so pretty and clean looking. If you’re hesitant on the price, dont be, it’s so worth it!

We have used the collapsible crate to fly our 130lb St Bernard overseas 2 times now and it’s worked great! It’s pretty lightweight considering the size and easy enough to assemble at the airport as long as you have two people (we have the 48” crate so it does not fit in our vehicle unless collapsed). It comes with 2 keys to lock the latch on the door so you don’t have to worry about it opening mid flight. We flew Lufthansa and it met all of the flight requirements with no issues, sharing this info for anyone else traveling with a giant breed.
The only thing that would make this crate better for travel purposes would be to have a way to attach the IATA brackets more securely. We did lose one during a flight at one point because airport workers use them as handles to lift the crate but Impact’s customer service was great and they helped us replace the missing rail while we were in Europe! We zip tied them to the crate on our second flight and they were both crooked when we arrived but they didn’t fall off.
Despite that, we love everything about the crate and couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone traveling with an XL dog! It’s so durable and easy to store away when not in use, we’ll be using it for years to come!
