Color Availability & Processing Times (54" Model):

  • Standard Colors (Gray, White, Black): Our popular shades are ready to go, with an estimated processing time of approximately 3 - 7 business days.
  • Specialty Colors (Teal, Tan, OD Green): For those looking for a splash of color, please allow a bit more time. These unique options have a processing time of approximately 14 - 21 days.
 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy

We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.

FAQ

Do you cover dog damage?

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
My dog damaged the Collapsible crate. What do I do?

Please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Are the airline rails required with a Collapsible Crate?

Yes.
Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?

The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?

The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?

Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

    Fantastic

    Easy set up intuitively and also the YouTube video was great. This mightiest crate is gentle enough to be comfy for my rescue pup - and my other rescue who hates crates actually went in and likes it for a break! I saw how the government uses them for wolf transport and have no doubts this is a lifetime crate.

    The Sherman Tank of Dog Kennels

    I received this kennel a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier. My dog was using a wire kennel previously and he absolutely destroyed it. He is 115 pound Rottweiler so we needed a very sturdy kennel for him to use and this is it. These kennels are expensive but they are worth every penny and will likely outlast any other piece of equipment we use for our dogs. I would highly recommend these kennels for any dog owner as they are extremely durable, heavy duty, and also easily collapsible and portable. I will never buy another brand of kennel again.
