Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

We have been seeing these for some time now. Our veterinarian has them for her Malinois and our trainer also recommended them for our Rottweilers. We had the cheap wire crate before, they worked but these Impact Crates are so sturdy, durable and very built to last. We got 2 and our boys love them, more so than the wire crates. The Impact crate is more like a den environment for them which is more cozy than the wide open wire crates. They are costly, but you get what you pay for, we will never have to buy another again! Love Impact Crates!

I have 2 collapsible crates now. One 48” and the other 40” I love them both. My dogs love them too. They’re easy to to take on the road with you as well. We use them in hotel rooms along with at dog shows. (My cat even tries to sneak in it)
