Cancellations
Orders for the Limited Edition: Collapsible Crate can be canceled anytime before production has started. After production has started, (The 1st of the month) we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

Yes.
The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I bought the 48-in double XL collapsible crate as a travel crate for my 2 year old GSD, Ryker. A while back, Ryker ate my headrest while I shipped at Kroger for 20 minutes and proved that he can't be trusted. Although he's already 3 inches taller than what is supposed to be the maximum for a male GSD, he is still growing. The "large" clamshell airline crate I'd had since he was a puppy was borderline torturous for him to be squashed into. After much research, I settled on Impact Crates, but of course I had several questions. Their customer service was outstanding! Jackson answered all my questions, I purchased the crate and it shipped pretty much immediately! It was a dream to set up in the backseat area of my Dodge Ram. As you can see, it fits perfectly and ties to the truck's frame securely. Ryker is thrilled and best of all, with his added 'boot scraper' doormat, he's now able to stand and see out the windows while we travel. He jumps into that crate eagerly, whereas I had to pretty much force him into the previous clamshell crate. If you are on the fence, please buy from Impact Crates! You will not regret it! OH and the key was missing from the slam lock when it arrived and Impact Crates sent me a replacement set immediately. Their product is outstanding as is their customer service!

We have been seeing these for some time now. Our veterinarian has them for her Malinois and our trainer also recommended them for our Rottweilers. We had the cheap wire crate before, they worked but these Impact Crates are so sturdy, durable and very built to last. We got 2 and our boys love them, more so than the wire crates. The Impact crate is more like a den environment for them which is more cozy than the wide open wire crates. They are costly, but you get what you pay for, we will never have to buy another again! Love Impact Crates!

This is my second purchase from Impact Dog Crate. The was one was a 40” and I gave that one to my son for his Belgian Malinois dog. This time I bought one for my 78 lbs German Shepherd. That size was a 40+L. The size was perfect! Both my son and I are very happy with our crates. I highly recommend this crate. The quality is great. You get what you pay for.
