Cancellations
Orders for the Limited Edition: Collapsible Crate can be canceled anytime before production has started. After production has started, (The 1st of the month) we are unable to accept cancellations.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

I bought these crates for my dogs and cats for our international travel. I thought these crates would be a really hard sell for my cats… boy was I wrong! My cats and dogs all love these crates. These crates are sturdy without feeling bulky or heavy. The ventilation on these crates is amazing, the door locking mechanism is fantastic, and I feel very comfortable allowing my dogs and cats to travel in these crates.
I also have to say I received some of the best customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with from Impact Dog Crates. They actually do care about the customer, their pets and the products they produce.
I can't recommend these crates enough!
Try them, really you will love them! And more importantly your dogs and our cats will love them too!

I really like the product, but the instructions need to be better. I didn’t receive any physical instruction on how to put the crate together with the package, and the video on the Impact website and the Impact YouTube were not the same model of collapseable crate as the one i order. There was an extra bar (im assuming for the back of the crate - from what i got on the youtube comments) that was not shown in either of these demonstrations. Really like the product overall so far and plan to but more, just maybe up the instructions. Thank you!
