The Impact Collapsible Dog Crate V1 is our original design, offering dependable strength and versatility. Its lightweight, collapsible frame is perfect for easy setup and storage, making it a reliable choice for home or travel. While it doesn’t include the Impact Bolts featured in the V2 model for automatic airline approval, this crate can still meet IATA standards with the addition of our IATA-approved brackets and rear airline rail (sold separately). A durable and practical option, the V1 crate keeps your dog secure and comfortable, whether at home or on the go.

Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.
Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)
All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States.
Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

Wired/bar and plastic kennels were not an option for us, due a high anxiety puppy who likes to use his teeth to escape. This kennel’s design is ideal to prevent our puppy from using his teeth aggressively on the kennel. The kennel is sturdy and well built. The collapsible feature is very convenient. Should last many years.
