Description

The Impact Collapsible Dog Crate V1 is our original design, offering dependable strength and versatility. Its lightweight, collapsible frame is perfect for easy setup and storage, making it a reliable choice for home or travel. While it doesn’t include the Impact Bolts featured in the V2 model for automatic airline approval, this crate can still meet IATA standards with the addition of our IATA-approved brackets and rear airline rail (sold separately). A durable and practical option, the V1 crate keeps your dog secure and comfortable, whether at home or on the go.

Pre-Order Shipping: Orders will be shipped the first week in October.

Delivery & Tracking: As soon as your crate, in any size or color, is ready, it will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Look out for an email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey straight to your home.

 Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

All items must be returned in original condition, must include manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Exchange Policy

We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within the contiguous 48 States. 

Exchange must be claimed within 10 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.

FAQ

Do you cover dog damage?

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
My dog damaged the Collapsible crate. What do I do?

Please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Are the airline rails required with a Collapsible Crate?

Yes.
Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?

The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?

The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?

Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

    Ordered the 40” collapsible crate. Very easy to assemble. Solid materials, and workmanship. Will never use a wire crate again. Definitely recommend.

    Incredible Kennel for Great Dane

    I was very hesitant to purchase this crate for many reasons, but the team at impact went above and beyond to ease my mind and make sure I was confident in my decision. Since I live local to the manufacturer warehouse I was able to go in and see the kennels in person before deciding on the collapsible giant size. Had a hefty price tag, but has been SO worth every penny. My anxious Great Dane settled into it easily and it has really helped him to feel safe and secure while I’m not home.

    Best dog crate on the market

    This is by far the best dog crate i have ever owned. From having an original indestructible Impact, the collapsible is so easy to transport and more convenient than other Crates I've tried. My dogs love them!! From feeding to sleeping to lounging around, this is their safe space.
