I wanted a second impact crate because the first one is so spectacular. I saw that they had a used 40XL OD, and asked about what damage it might have. Riley sent me a picture of the scratch down the side and very small dent on the edge. For the discount I could live with that since my original new crate has more dings that this one. It arrived and I'm fantastically happy both with the crate and the service I got from Impact. if ever I need a 3rd crate I'll be back to Impact again!

Great price for gently used crates. Still functional with very little cosmetic damage. It’s the perfect crate for my husky who has destroyed countless metal wire crates. I originally had a stationary one, but wanted a collapsible one for easier travel. Collapsible crate is just as sturdy which is super nice.

Our Belgian Malinois rescue needed a crate that gave her a more secure feeling. She was abused and had a very hard start in life. She is relearning to trust People. The wire crate wasn’t doing it for her. She is fearful of new people, and has reactive aggression because of it. We are working on it, but this crate has really helped her not be so reactive to new people coming into the house. The customer service is absolutely top notch. They were so helpful when we bought the crate, took the time to answer all of my questions, and the follow up care has been phenomenal. They have reached out a few times to make sure everything is going well. I 1000% recommend this company and these crates!

The crates were easy to set up. You can tell they’re high quality and sturdy. I feel comfortable having my dogs in these for their safety. They’re easy to move and clean. Surprisingly they’re very lightweight but again they’re super sturdy. I have four larger sized dogs who are all comfortable in them. Worth every penny.
