Giveaway Rules
ULTIMATE DOG TRAINING PACKAGE GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS GIVEAWAY IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to anyone, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Impact Dog Crates, Will Atherton, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), as well as the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to enter.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The giveaway begins upon posting and ends on November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Giveaway Period"). This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post.
- Follow both @impactdogcrates and @iamwillatherton on Instagram.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post (each comment counts as one entry).
- Share the post to their Instagram story and tag @impactdogcrates for an additional entry.
Use of automated or third-party entry methods will result in disqualification.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about November 11, 2024 by the Sponsor to select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE:
- One (1) Impact Dog Crate.
- Access to Will Atherton’s Impact Crate Training Course.
- Will Atherton’s “Ultimate Owner’s Bundle.”
Total prize value is estimated at over $2000 USD. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize acceptance constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants waive all rights to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim or liability resulting from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; technical malfunctions; network issues; or human error which may occur in the processing of entries or announcement of the prize. In the event of tampering, technical difficulties, or other circumstances compromising the giveaway’s integrity, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the Sponsor operates, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions. Any legal actions related to the giveaway shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in that state.
