FAQ

Do you cover dog damage?

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.
My dog damaged the Collapsible crate. What do I do?

Please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Are the airline rails required with a Collapsible Crate?

Yes.
Does the Collapsible Crate have a warranty?

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
Can you fly with the Collapsible crate?

The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the IATA brackets, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
Can my dog destroy or escape the Collapsible Crate?

The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
Does the Collapsible Crate come with smaller ventilation holes?

We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Does the Collapsible Crate rattle?

Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our IATA Brackets.

    Absolutely Amazing!!!

    I have a 2 year old Siberian Husky, I’ve been crate training her since she was a puppy but she did not like being in her crate. It didn’t matter how comfortable I made it with toys or treats I gave her. She would be okay for only a few moments before she would start howling and try and break out. Even with everyday exercise and hours of outside time doing things we loved together her and a full belly after, she did not like it at all. Eventually she did better after she got older and one night broke her cage. I recently got the impact dog crate a couple months ago, the first month was a process of course but now she loves it. She goes in on her own now and sleeps in there. She’s not howling whenever I close the door. In the video here I had just taken her bed out before cleaning it. She’s goes in quietly and her behavior towards it has change tremendously.

    Super nice

    I had one lent to me by a friend for my malicious and its so perfect I had to order one for myself!! My dog escapes and destys everything but cant get out if this crate if your thinking if getting one do it!

    LOVE our new impact crate!!

    Not only is the crate beautiful, but it is so well made and easy to use! Breaking the crate down and putting it back up takes literally less than a minute. I love knowing my dog is safe when we travel, and it’s a huge plus that she absolutely loves her impact crate! So much better than traditional wire or plastic crates and again, it's beautiful, so no need for crate covers. 100000% HIGHLY recommend this crate, it’s worth every penny!
